In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rp99k. They govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and any communications with rp99k support.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by any of the following actions: completing the account registration process on rp99k.pro; logging in to an existing rp99k Account; making a deposit or withdrawal; or placing a wager on any game or sportsbook market offered on the Platform.

If you are accessing the rp99k Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and that doing so does not violate any applicable agreement or law.

rp99k reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon publication on rp99k.pro. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. We will endeavour to notify registered Users of material changes via the email address or contact number on file.

To register and maintain an rp99k Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. rp99k is a strictly adults-only platform. Access by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your country of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of rp99k or any of its affiliated game studios or payment partners.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by rp99k's compliance framework.
• You must not already hold an existing rp99k Account. rp99k permits a maximum of one Account per individual.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. rp99k is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misrepresentation of eligibility at the time of registration.

Each eligible individual may register exactly one rp99k Account. Duplicate registrations — whether using the same identity documents, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any combination thereof — are a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. rp99k strongly recommends enabling multi-factor authentication on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your Account.

rp99k is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the rp99k support team immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

rp99k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) eligibility criteria are not met; (b) false or misleading information has been provided; (c) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; or (d) the Account is associated with a duplicate registration. In cases of confirmed fraud, rp99k will freeze the Account balance and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

The rp99k Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in IDR. There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the transaction cycle.

Deposits: rp99k accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may vary; current limits are displayed in the Cashier at the time of each transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account balance only after full and confirmed receipt of funds by rp99k. rp99k does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted via any supported payment method linked to a financial account registered in the Account holder's own name. A minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000 applies unless otherwise specified in the Cashier. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. rp99k targets processing of withdrawal requests to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, and Bank Permata are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes, subject to standard interbank settlement windows.

Third-Party Payments: rp99k strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals made via accounts held by third parties. Any attempt to use a third-party payment account will result in the rejection of the transaction, reversal of deposited funds, and potential suspension of the rp99k Account.

Transaction Fees: rp99k does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges in accordance with their respective terms. rp99k is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

rp99k offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, the Ramadhan period, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's terms. New User bonuses are available once per individual; existing User reload bonuses are subject to minimum deposit requirements and time-based eligibility windows.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time window applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (including live baccarat, live roulette, and live blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate depending on odds and market type. The specific contribution table for each promotion is published alongside the offer.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum bet per round or per transaction using Bonus Funds is limited to Rp 50.000 per spin or bet unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: rp99k employs automated monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; and systematic exploitation of game mechanics or RTP in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, rp99k reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically and the Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account.

rp99k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to exclude any User from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

All games offered on the rp99k Platform — including live casino titles, slot games, scratch cards, sportsbook markets, and any other wagering products — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Games: All RNG-determined games on the rp99k Platform, including slot games and instant-win scratch card products, use certified and independently audited RNG systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely at random and cannot be influenced by the Platform operator, the game studio, or the player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages; individual session outcomes may vary significantly.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are determined by the physical actions of certified live dealers (dealing cards, spinning roulette wheels) under camera observation. In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined according to the game studio's published disconnection policy. rp99k is not responsible for the outcome of any hand, spin, or draw that was already in progress at the moment of disconnection.

Sportsbook: Sportsbook wagers are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation. Pre-match bets placed on events that have already commenced will be voided. In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the exact moment of acceptance. rp99k reserves the right to void any sportsbook bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) bet types follow the standard rules published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

Void Bets and Disputes: rp99k's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below. All bet histories and game outcomes are logged server-side and are available for review by the support team.

rp99k is committed to providing a safe, sustainable gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. rp99k strongly encourages all Users to play within their financial means, set personal limits, and seek help if they believe their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered rp99k Users free of charge from within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total value of deposits made to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a threshold on net losses over a defined period. Once reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets or a new limit is confirmed.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined continuous session duration to prompt reflection on continued play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined short-term period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the rp99k Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

rp99k strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. If you become aware that a minor has accessed or used the rp99k Platform, you must notify the support team immediately. All content on the rp99k Platform — including but not limited to the rp99k name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rp99k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rp99k Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of rp99k intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp99k Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your rp99k Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other players on live casino or poker products.
• Charging back or reversing a payment made to rp99k after using those funds to place wagers.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which a wager has been placed (match fixing).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rp99k staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp99k and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, game studio partners, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the rp99k Platform.

rp99k provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. rp99k does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

rp99k's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by rp99k's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

rp99k collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the binding agreement between you and rp99k. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the rp99k Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and Account use — including name, date of birth, residential address, email address, Indonesian mobile number, payment account details, and gameplay and transaction history — is processed for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and improvement of the Platform experience.

rp99k does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game studios, payment processing partners, and identity verification service providers strictly as necessary to deliver Platform services. All third-party data processors engaged by rp99k are subject to data processing agreements consistent with applicable data protection principles.

rp99k reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication at rp99k.pro/terms-conditions. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. Where a material change is made to these Terms — one that substantially affects your rights or obligations — rp99k will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the rp99k Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the Account closure process described in your Account Settings.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp99k holds its international operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the rp99k Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. You should submit your complaint via the rp99k live chat support channel or by email to [email protected]. rp99k will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and will aim to provide a substantive resolution within ten (10) business days.

If direct negotiation fails to produce a resolution within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be waived by contract.
